Engineer Emeka Okonkwo’s Special Appointment As M.D/C.E.O ARTMA

The Governor of Anambra State Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo approved the appointment of Engineer Okonkwo Emeka (popularly known as Konti) to the position of Managing Director of Anambra State Road Traffic Management Agency (ARTMA) in the month of August 2022.

Engineer Emeka was to succeed the outgoing M.D Mr. Patrick Obiefuna. In his appreciation post on Facebook, Engineer Emeka thanked the Governor and everyone that celebrated his appointment. He made known of his readiness to tackle the huge challenge that came with traffic control, and promised to meet the expectation required of him.
