DOUBLE YELLOW LINES

Double yellow lines beside the road shoulder indicate that waiting, stopping, and parking are prohibited.

In line with Mr. Governor’s directive to ensure that all major roads where enforcement is done are marked and signs properly installed, ARTMA has fully begun to do the needful.

Drivers and road users are advised to look out for areas with such double yellow lines and keep off. You can pull over before or after the yellow lines only.

It is an offense to park on the line or across the line, and fines apply.
