ARTMA Traffic Volunteers Inaugurated At Head Bridge Onitsha

ARTMA Traffic Volunteers were inaugurated at the head bridge by the MD/CEO of ARTMA.

Their mandate is to ensure the free flow of traffic in conjunction with regular staff, especially at the Onitsha bridgehead, during and after Yuletide.

The volunteers were charged to be steadfast, and shun compromise.

They will also intervene and render emergency response in any flash point where there’s traffic congestion throughout the Yuletide.
