ARTMA Team Led By Engr. Okonkwo Emeka, Relocates All Keke (Tricycle) Riders From Borromeo Roundabout
The ARTMA team led by the Managing Director, Engineer Okonkwo Emeka (Konti Komplete), relocated all the Keke (Tricycle) riders who used the major road along Borromeo round-about, Onitsha. These riders over time have contributed to the gridlock in that area.
All Keke (Tricycle) riders are to henceforth use the park while bus/shuttle drivers can drop and pick passengers by the Borromeo bus stop.
The team re-visited the Ogbudike toll gate to impound trucks that violated the “NO PARKING” policy by the expressway.
Several tow trucks were also impounded by the Tarzan axis. Before now, tow trucks were parked on both sides of the expressway thereby causing terrible gridlocks and accidents.
ARTMA is urging ndi Anambra (Anambra citizens) to continue to obey road signs so as to help the agency achieve the zero gridlock plan of Governor Chukwuma Soludo, especially during the festive period.
