The MD/CEO of ARTMA Engr. Okonkwo Emeka-Konti was today, hosted to a surprise get-together by the staff of the agency to mark his one year in office.

The MD in his speech thanked them and emphasized the need for positive change in the daily activities of the officers as they begin his second year in office.
