Public Notice: ARTMA Customer Care Lines Are Available For Complaints, Use Them

We wish to remind the general public that our customer care lines are always available for complaints, suggestions, traffic information and all sorts of direct feed backs.

Sometimes, we see online videos of complaints made by road users.

But it’s impossible to address such cases because we can not reach the victim when these videos are forwarded on social media groups.

We urge Anambra citizens and other road users to forward such videos to our customer care lines so we can handle such cases immediately and keep our officers in constant check.
